This is a wine with a floral aroma, good body, notes of plum and spices and a sharp acidity, so much so that its grape variety is considered one of the most acidic, even though it grows in relatively warm areas. It has pronounced tannins, but never too aggressive.

Barbera d'Alba winemaking involves crushing, destemming and maceration in the presence of skins for 7/8 days at a maximum temperature of 25°C with daily pump-overs.
