Dolcetto has a youthful fragrance, with a ruby and violet red color and a fresh and fruity aroma. The taste is completely dry, full and harmonious with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almonds.

Production uses exclusively Dolcetto grapes processed through fermentation in horizontal tanks and with bâtonnage in steel tanks.

Excellent light wine as an aperitif, but also for meals. It pairs well with both first and main courses of medium structure. Medium-aged cheeses and fresh soft cheeses provide a perfect combination of flavors.
