Wine derived from Nebbiolo grapes. Among its ingredients are cinnamon, coriander, iris flowers, mint and vanilla. The resulting drink is smooth but very aromatic. In appearance the color is garnet red with orange reflections. Its taste is full, intense and fragrant.

Nebbiolo grapes are infused with aromatic and healthy Piedmont plants. The main ingredients are Roero wine, alcohol, sugar, cinchona calyssaia, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cardamom, sweet and bitter orange peel, vanilla beans. These elements are macerated for 40 days reaching an alcohol content of 16 Volumes and a total acidity of 5.1 milligrams per liter of wine.

It can be served as an excellent aperitif with ice, or as a digestif accompanied by chocolate. Also excellent with desserts: cakes, creams, pastries, ice cream and chocolate. The serving temperature varies depending on the pairings.
