Red wine produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes. It has a ruby red color, tending to garnet with aging. Pleasant, fragrant, delicate aroma, reminiscent of violet. Dry taste with good body, velvety and aromatic.

Summer destemming of bunches to obtain superior quality. Crushing-destemming, fermentation in horizontal tanks, bâtonnage in steel tanks. Aged in 3000 lt oak barrels for 12 months.

This wine pairs well with main courses. It can accompany meat, such as chicken and rabbit. Excellent with stew, grilled, boiled and fried foods.
