The large bunches of Favorita are processed through a procedure that involves crushing-destemming and fermentation in large steel tanks at controlled temperature.
This wine served at a temperature of 10-12 C is excellent paired with fish, mollusks and shellfish dishes, but also white meats and light vegetable-based first courses. Served slightly colder it is an excellent aperitif.
