Recommended Pairing
risotto, meats, game and aged cheeses
Crushing-destemming, fermentation in horizontal tanks, bâtonnage in steel tanks. Maturation is always carried out in steel tanks. While aging takes place in large oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months.
Pairs perfectly with all traditional Piedmontese dishes, such as boiled meats and roasts. Braised dishes and risottos are also ideal pairings.
