Wine with an impenetrable ruby red color. The grapes are harvested at two different times, the first half greener while the second overripe. On the nose of remarkable intensity, with strong hints of cherry, small undergrowth fruits, pepper and dried rose.

Part of the grapes is harvested and vinified traditionally in October. The second, however, is left longer in the vineyard, at least for another 30/40 days. Then winemaking in oak barriques for 6 months. The result obtained is an assembly of different sensations given by the different maturation of grapes from the same vineyard.
Versatile wine with perceptible residual sugar and good acidity, suitable to be served throughout the meal.
